Caleb and I met in 2009, it was love at first sight...for him and I came around a week later. We were married 5 short months later and have been blessed with 4 crazy/beautiful children. If we've learned anything in those years it would be that LAUGHTER is the best couples therapy. We love sharing ways to have fun and create memories with your families. Thank you for being here and your continued support. We hope we can add a little joy to your day!

Howdy Friends,
We are almost through month 1 of 2022. Only 11 more of em to go if my math is correct. Raise your hand if you made some New Years goals/resolutions. Now keep your hand up if you are still on track with those goals. If your hand is down shame on you… JK! The beauty of goals is that we can ALWAYS set new ones. Sometimes even extend or increase our goals because we are on pace to shatter them! But, sometimes we are behind where we want to be. And that is ok too. The most important thing we can do is keep progressing amirite? I like to sit down every Sunday and review what my goals are, and make plans for the upcoming week that can help me get closer to my goals. I set a lot of goals this year. Some a little tooooo personal to share, but I wanted to share a few with you and you can help keep me accountable.
1- Spiritual Goal- Family Prayer
I set a goal to pray as a family every night. Easy right? I thought so too. I think we made it like 3 nights in a row. Then had a basketball game and next thing you know my goal is out the window. Time to redshift and refocus. I love when we pray as family. It gives us a chance to verbally express our love for each child, God, and everything we have been blessed with. My goal this week is 5/7. Wish me luck.
2-Family goal -Spend 1 on 1 time with each child daily-
I didn’t set a time limit on this. And I am happy to report back that I have accomplished this goal so far. Some days more time is spent than others and obviously there will be days when I am out of town etc…. So a phone call counts too. Lia is probably my favorite to talk to on the phone. I could hear “Hi Daddy” all day and never get sick of it. Giving each child even just a few minutes of 1 on 1 time a day can change everything. You can learn a lot in 5 minutes of uninterrupted chats.
3- Business Goal- I have a lot.. but one I will share- Beat each previous months earnings-
I loooove business and entrepreneurship. It’s fascinating to me because there is so much to learn! And so many different ways to run a business. I graduated in Exercise Physiology with a minor in business. Fitness has always been my first love, but I always new that business would be how I would support my family. I did sales all through college (which I would highly recommend). I got through school with 0 student loan debt and even bought our first home while still going to school. Sales was great but required our family to move every summer. We got to a point where we wanted to settle down and decided then to get my Real Estate license in 2014. What a blessing that was. I received so much support from friends and family that helped propel my Real Estate career forward. Now flash forward to 2022: 1- Continue to pursue my Real Estate goals helping families buy and sell in East Idaho while pursuing my own real estate investments. 2- Opened up our first Gym ‘ Fit 1 ‘ (more to come) 3- Stand beside in awe of Kelsi as she continues to pursue her passion through FULLMHOUSE and help where I can. 4- Grow an online lead generation business ‘Teton Leads’. And there is more in the works that I will be happy to share in more depth when the time comes.
Life is busy….I wouldn’t have it any other way. If you are behind on your goals DON’T GIVE UP. Restructure and keep moving forward. You are capable, you are enough, you have more God given potential than you can even imagine. If you are surpassing your goals, it’s time to put the pedal to the metal. Set them higher. Get uncomfortable. Thats where the most growth happens. I love hearing your goals and if you have any questions please reach out. We can do this together. Until next time, have a Smoooooooth Week!
Love,
CABE

Great post. You are an awesome Dad!
I’m a grandma and I like how you love your family!
This was so inspiring to me as I feel like I fail daily with my goals. Thank you so much for sharing this! I hope to get better at making a list and prioritizing. Love watching your sweet family ❤️
Reed is not impressed with the girls dance moves lol
HiI am a grandmother/Mamaw to 3 wonderful grands. My grandson Logan will be 11 the 28th and I have identical twin granddaughters Lyric and Halen 3 yrs old. They keep me going! I love your family and Instagram. You brighten my days and give me tons of laughs!! Thank you all so much😊
That means the world to me, thanks for supporting us!
I love that you revisit your goals every Sunday. I have been working on narrowing my focus. My word for the year is STRENGTH and I am aligning my goals toward what I think that means (physically, emotionally, spiritually, personally, professionally) I have to ask myself “When do I feel weak?” And “When do I feel strong” This seems to help me narrow in.
Love you guys and the laughs you bring!
That’s a really cool way to approach goal setting.
Love your friendly writing style “amirite” 🙂
